Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I’m writing you to apply to a potential internship position in the wine industry. In the frame of my current studies, I’m looking for a six-month mandatory internship that enriches my knowledge about the wine regions of the world.

My work experience is related to winemaking in wineries and wine and spirits sales in specialized stores. In both contexts my performance has been characterized as quality committed with attention to details. Structured, careful, and independent work is familiar to me, since I’ve always been reliable to my colleagues and bosses. Even in times of stress I’m friendly, communicative, and enjoy working. I like team work and have always a positive attitude towards new challenges.

During my academic formation and my working experience, I had the chance to visit different countries and to meet their people. Through this I could improve my language and interpersonal skills. These experiences contributed a lot to my self-confidence and communication skills.

I’m very interested on a potential internship opportunity in a Great Wine Capital. If you have any questions about my profile and experience, you can contact me through my e-mail.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,
José Ibarra
